• Meets with clients interested in learning English and records critical information
• Design practical language learning plan in consideration of client's strengths
• Follow up clients to resolve any challenges and make appropriate changes to learning plan
• Communicate effectively with Academic Department and follow up with the client
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor and above degree, priority given to overseas returnees, people with TOEFL, IELTS, GT and other test experience
• 2+ years of experience in training industry, priority given to people with course consultant experience
• Good communication skills, receptive and expressive
• Team player, good at organization and coordination
• Outgoing personality, personable and warm

Job Description:
• Communicate with clients via Leyu chatting tool, to answer questions
• Answer phone inquiries and inquires through website, provide pre-sales service
• Solve client after-sales problems through online service
Position Requirements:
• 2-year college and above, priority to fresh grads
• Passionate about customer service, lively and handles pressure well
• Hard working, good team player, quick learner and good communicator
• Ability to deal with problems, analyze problems, sharp
• Responsible, patient, and can use Microsoft Office software suite
